GETTING TO KNOW YOUR ANTs

While it is natural to have Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANTs), letting your ANTs dominate your thinking can feed feelings of fear, sadness and frustration, resulting in a sense of hopelessness, alienation, anger, anxiety or depression.

 

Getting to know your ANTs, seeing them for what they are, can empower you to limit or eliminate pesky ANTs, resulting in a happier, healthier outlook on life.
